Upon completion of the job, we will send you an updated quote with a new price, applicable if you commit to regular cleanings. With this approach, we handle everything; you simply let us know which date works for you. It’s easy, efficient and ensures your home stays up to standard without you having to remember to book us in.

Flexible Rescheduling: If your plans change and your booking date is no longer suitable, we are happy to reschedule you with no cancellation fees or penalties.

We Offer Discounts: Just like many of our customers, most people generally want more than just a window clean. We understand that prices add up, so while it is convenient for us to complete multiple services at once, we also make it convenient for you.

We offer “Combo Discounts” for multiple services completed at the same time.

We also offer a “Scheduled Clean Discount” for customers who commit to regular cleans with us. This discount is applied after your initial clean and can be locked in by accepting our services.

Prioritised Communication

We believe a good customer relationship is key to building a company which people want to choose. We do this by maintaining a high standard of communication.

Not only do we send reminders 12 months after your Initial Clean, but as a member of our Scheduled Clean System, we also keep track of when your windows are due for a clean and advise you when it is time to book us in.

As soon as your booking date is confirmed, we will send you a notification with all the details. We will then send a second notification the day before to remind you of your booking. A further notification is sent when we begin travelling to your address. Invoices are sent via email within 24 hours of job completion, along with any digital photos of works completed and any requested reports, which have been organised.
